Welcome to Breathe Babe. By booking a session, purchasing a service, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Breathe Babe provides mobile yoga services, including group sessions, private instruction, and event-based offerings. All sessions are designed to promote relaxation, wellness, and connection. Services are intended for informational and recreational use and do not constitute medical advice.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Payments can be made securely through our booking platform or approved payment method.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible to reschedule without penalty.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Breathe Babe reserves the right to reschedule or adjust services accordingly. Your deposit will be transferable to a new date.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to disclose any relevant health conditions or injuries prior to the session.
participation in yoga is for recreational purposes and does not offer medical treatment.
Breathe Babe is not liable for any injury sustained during or after participation in a session. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Clients are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any new fitness or wellness program.

5. Group and private 1:1 Sessions

Services are priced for a set number of participants. Additional attendees may incur extra fees.
Group sessions must begin and end at the scheduled time. Late starts due to client delays may result in a shortened session.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and branding, is the property of Breathe Babe and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected

8. Limitation of Liability

Breathe Babe is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of services or participation in yoga sessions. You agree to release Breathe Babe and its instructors from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
