A private 6-week somatic coaching experience for women with ADHD and sensitive nervous systems who are ready to feel calm, centered, and in control — without forcing themselves into rigid systems that don’t fit. If you’re a woman with ADHD, or suspected neurodiversity, chances are you’ve been told to “just focus” or “try harder,” or "be tougher" You’ve probably tried all the productivity hacks and rigid routines — and still ended up feeling stuck, scattered, or ashamed. This 1:1 experience offers you something different: A whole-body approach to regulating your mind, energy, and emotions — rooted in the Eight Limbs of Yoga and tailored specifically for your beautifully wired ADHD brain. 🌿 What You'll Receive: 6 Private Coaching Sessions (60 min each via Zoom or In Person) → Each session integrates nervous system education, yoga-based movement, sensory regulation, and mindset work through one of the Eight Limbs of Yoga. Individualized custom Yoga Practices designed for your body, energy, and sensory needs — no experience needed Breathwork & Meditation Tools to shift emotional states on demand (calming, focusing, or energizing) Personalized Sensory Regulation Toolkit — to help with overwhelm, distraction, or restlessness Weekly Journal & Integration Prompts to bring the work into your daily life Support Between Sessions (Text or Email Checkins) 🧠 This is for you if you: Have ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) and want tools that honor how your brain actually works Crave structure but reject rigidity — you want rhythm, not rules Experience emotional intensity, sensory overload, or shutdown Want to feel more connected to your body, calmer in your mind, and confident in your daily flow Love yoga, are curious about it, or are open to embodied self-regulation
Cancellation Policy
✨ Breathe Babe Booking Policy Thank you so much for choosing Breathe Babe to be part of your special celebration! To keep everything flowing smoothly, please review our booking policies below: 🧘♀️ Booking + Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled session. Payment can be made securely through our online booking system. 🌸 Cancellations + Rescheduling We get it—plans change! If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of your session will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full session amount. 🌴 Weather Policy For outdoor sessions, we’ll keep an eye on the weather! In case of rain or unsafe conditions, we will either move the session indoors (if possible) or reschedule for another time. Your deposit will be fully transferable to a new date. 💫 Group Size Pricing includes up to 10 participants. Additional babes can be added for an extra fee—please inquire when booking so we can plan the perfect flow for your group! 🌷 Other Good-to-Knows Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time. We’ll provide yoga mats for up to 10 participants, or let us know if you’ll be bringing your own. Sessions are designed to be beginner-friendly, accessible, and joyful—no yoga experience required!
